Lakshmi Natarajan is an Indian- American executive, mompreneur, world traveler, and culture-cultivator. As an immigrant from India and raised in the United States, Lakshmi’s desire to see the world and learn about cultures stemmed from a young age. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania and over the course of 20 years, Lakshmi established her professional career across marketing, sales, strategy, transformation, and consulting for Fortune 500 companies and numerous clients across various industries. Within these experiences, Lakshmi held various global senior leadership positions across continents, which allowed her to travel and collaborate with diverse teams.

After two decades of her corporate career, Lakshmi didn't want to wonder “what if” for the next two decades. Thus, born from her strengths, experiences, and mission to "be the change she wished to see in the world" (quote from Mahatma Gandhi), Lakshmi founded two businesses. Excelador, a management consulting firm and Travel Plus ThemTM, a travel education and global learning company serving parents, educators, and children with a mission of “raising inclusive global citizens.” With her solo travels to over 65 countries and 35+ countries across 6 continents with her children with the goal of raising them with a global mindset and inspiring other parents on their journey.

Her insights on career, leadership, family travel, and raising global citizens have been featured on various award winning podcasts, global conferences, and prestigious publications such as Forbes, Medium, Boston Herald, and Savoteur. Lakshmi currently resides in Miami, Florida with her husband Kailash and her 2 daughters, Shyla and Shriya. Her mission continues to inspire others to believe in themselves, embark on their journeys, explore the world, and make a meaningful impact.
